Welcome to our Waldorf Deutsch Camp, where the magic of Waldorf education meets the beauty of the German language. Nestled in a nurturing environment inspired by nature, children explore German through storytelling, fiber arts and crafts, outdoor play and more. Nestled amongst old growth trees, wonderland trails, and led by a Waldorf certified and experienced educator and artist, your child will enjoy the experience of the german language with the love and beauty of our Waldorf Kindergarten.

Join us for a week of homesteading crafts and some old-fashioned fun in our Sunny Meadow. Our week will be filled with grinding wheat, wildcrafting, churning butter, baking bread, processing wool, and many more homesteading skills. Each day will include an exploration in the surrounding woods, nature-based games, stories, and songs. This 8-day camp will conclude with a county fair filled with old fashioned games, tasty treats and possible animal visits from a local farm sanctuary.

Welcome to Mindful Moves—a summer camp where chess and outdoor fun collide! Campers will learn chess strategies, engage in friendly chess matches with others and explore nature's wonders. A great mix of indoor and outdoor fun!

In this magical setting of the forest, children will explore a spectrum of artistic mediums, from watercolor painting and handcrafted sculptures to nature-inspired crafts. Guided by the principles of Waldorf education, our camp fosters not only artistic skills but also a deep appreciation for the beauty found in each creation. A culminating art show will occur on the final day.

Welcome to Ultimate Frisbee Summer Camp – a perfect blend of teamwork, outdoor fun, and spirited play! Immerse your child in the joy of Ultimate Frisbee in the backdrop of the forest. Children will learn the fundamentals of Ultimate Frisbee, from throwing techniques to strategic teamwork. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, campers will engage in friendly matches, drills, and activities that promote physical activity and sportsmanship.

Welcome to "Little Chefs' Culinary Adventure," where young gastronomes embark on an exciting journey into the world of flavors, fun, and food! Our camp is designed to ignite the passion for cooking in your little ones, fostering creativity in the kitchen while instilling a love for wholesome ingredients and delicious dishes. Through collaborative cooking projects, our little chefs will build lasting relationships, share meals 'family style', and foster a sense of commroderty and friendship. The camp will end with a culminating culinary showcase.

Led by an experienced Waldorf educator, our camp emphasizes the interconnectedness of all living things, children will embark on a magical woodland journey through song, games and more! Join us for a wonderful final week of outdoor play.
Full payment and completed forms are due upon noted registration from WIWS in order to receive confirmation of your child's place in one of our camps. Without payment and forms your spot will be forfeited. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to our summer camp director at summercamps@wiws.org. No refunds will be given unless under extenuating circumstances. This is due to the high demand for spots at each of our camps.
